What will you learn?

1. Welcome customers, guide them to their tables if necessary, and provide service once they are located;
2. Deliver and describe the menus and specials of the day, make recommendations and respond to any concerns about the dishes or drinks offered;
3. Give recommendations on wines to accompany meals, in addition to opening the bottle in front of customers and serving it properly in their glasses;
4. Take note of food and beverage orders and deliver the command in the kitchen or bar for preparation;
5. Prepare and serve special dishes at diners’ tables, such as meat carving, flambéing desserts, among others;
6. Deliver the invoice to customers and receive their payment or, failing that, guide them to the checkout
