OUR INTERNSHIP OFFER AND YOUR TASKS

We are looking for a professional who can hire, train and manage the catering staff to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for preparing the meals off-site, transporting the meals to the event site, serving the meals, and cleaning up the site after the event. This is a contract position to begin with, but if it works, we are willing to consider full time employment for you and your staff.

Catering Responsibilities

• Create and send event contracts regarding the preparation and delivery of food.
• Planning the menus for our customers to ensure that all foods meet the expectations of the client.
• Get all the ingredients for the planned menu before each event.
• Transport the food and associated items to the place of the event.
• Serve food and beverages to those attending the event.
• Clean the place after the event to make sure that no food leftovers, plates, drinks or other debris are left.
• Consult with clients about any food or change in the number of people before the event.
• Inspect the final agreements with the client to ensure their satisfaction.
• Send invoices to the clients to agree with the company’s policies.
• Communicate with the event coordinator.
