The internship in the kitchen exceeded my expectations!
This has been my second internship in Spain with Animafest.
With Animafest, the process of finding a hotel was easier, because they helped me a lot. They took care of everything and I just had to tell them what I wanted to do, and they looked for the best hotel according to my wishes.
The internship in the kitchen was fun and challenging. I learned more about Spanish cuisine and improved my knowledge of ingredients I can use. The kitchen was bigger than my kitchen in Colombia, and it was interesting to be here with people from all over the world.
In my free time I was able to visit many places. I went to Madrid to watch a football game. With my teammates every day we would go to the beach, play volleyball or swim.
Here I also learned to play the guitar. Best of all, at the end of my internship I was offered the possibility of another internship at a Michelin restaurant.
There was a lot to learn and I liked it further that I was able to do my second internship
