Spanish gastronomic culture is famous and recognized all over the world, today we will show you the most famous (and delicious) dishes of Spanish cuisine, and where you should visit to enjoy its native version.

TORTILLA DE PAPAS
It is one of the simplest, but iconic and special dishes of our country. You can try it all over Spain!
It is a dish made with potatoes and eggs; the dilemma is, should it have onion or not…? You will be able to try it both ways (and then tell us which one you prefer)…
GAZPACHO
It is a delicious and nutritious tomato soup that you can taste in different regions of our country such as Extremadura, Andalusia or Castilla La Mancha. Although the most popular gazpacho is the Andalusian version; which is made with tomatoes, peppers and garlic.

PAELLA
One of the most enjoyed dishes by our visitors in internship !!!!
The original paella is from Valencia; it has nothing to do with the famous seafood paella, this version is cooked with rice, chicken, rabbit, snails, (white beans), ferradura (green beans), tomato, garlic, paprika, oil and salt. We assure you that you will be delighted with its unique flavor.

PULPO A LA GALLEGA
A unique and delicious dish that no one will know how to serve you like they will in Galicia!
The traditional recipe is served on a wooden plate, a pinch of coarse salt is added before serving and a pinch of paprika to enhance its flavor.
You can’t imagine how incredible and delicious this dish is.
CHURROS
Want a sweet option? Churros will undoubtedly be the best alternative.
Although you can enjoy them all over the country, in Madrid you can eat them at any time!
Perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea, they are especially delicious when combined with a cup of hot chocolate on a cold winter day.
Impossible not to find during internships.
FBADA
It is the best known spoon dish in Asturias. It is a simple recipe made with the traditional Asturian faba beans and a compango made up of chorizo, blood sausage and bacon.
BACALAO AL PILPIL
Salted cod is one of the oldest preserves recorded in European cuisine.
It is a dish that stands out for the way it is cooked; it is done slowly, and through the juice and the skill of the cook, a gelatinous sauce is obtained that surprises for its texture and flavor.
ESCALIBADA
Escalibada is cooked with roasted peppers, eggplant, onion and tomatoes, served with oil and anchovies.
Undoubtedly, the best you will be able to taste in the Catalan region.
CORDERO ASADO
Originally from Castilla y León; they stand out for their gastronomy roasted in a wood-fired oven. No doubt you can not come to Spain and not try a delicious roast lamb from Castilla or Leon!
JAMÓN SERRANO O IBERICO
It is undoubtedly one of the foods you will love to eat in Spain.
You can order it for breakfast, lunch and even dinner!
You can’t leave without trying one time the most famous ham in the world!
You will find a variety of flavors depending on how the pig has been fed.
You can eat it alone, or in toasts bathed in olive oil.

GAMBAS AL AJILLO
You will want to come back to Spain to eat them again, I assure you! You will find them all over our country.
Whether you like fish or not, we are sure that Gambas will fascinate you!
CALAMARES A LA ROMANA
Another of our best dishes to accompany with a delicious beer!
They are fried calamari in flour batter, which have a unique texture and flavor.
