Description:

We're looking for a motivated Erasmus trainee to join our Relationship Management team in the magnificent city of Barcelona. This internship will be an opportunity to put your management skills into practice while discovering the city of Barcelona and the surrounding area. 

 

Responsibilities :

• Work with the recruitment team to identify talent needs and support the recruitment process by identifying and pre-qualifying potential candidates.
• Assist with candidate relationship management throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and answering questions.
• Contribute to the optimisation of candidate management processes, by implementing candidate tracking systems and ensuring candidate integrity and confidentiality.
• Helping to draft and publish attractive job offers on the appropriate recruitment platforms.
• Helping to organise and coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling, booking rooms and preparing the necessary documents.
• Conducting in-depth research into recruitment best practice and making recommendations to improve the efficiency of the process.
• Participate in the analysis of recruitment data, identifying trends and providing regular reports to the recruitment team.

• Ability to establish links with customers quickly and build trust.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Customer focus and ability to respond to customer needs in an efficient and professional manner.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
• Ability to problem solve and make independent decisions.
• Good understanding of relationship management and customer service concepts.
• Fluency in English (B2 level minimum) and knowledge of Spanish (an asset).
• Proficiency in standard IT tools such as MS Office.

Previous experience in business development.
