We are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties will include welcoming and directing visitors, answering phone calls, and providing information to clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and have a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide information and assistance to clients.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in the use of office software and equipment.
Punctuality and reliability.
Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
Fluency in French is a plus.
