We are currently looking for candidates to work in the beautiful city of Barcelona. For this position, no student status is required. You must speak either German or French. The positions we are currently recruiting for are Customer Service Agent and Social Media Customer Support Agent.
The main responsibilities for Customer Service Agent position will be:
– Providing an outstanding customer experience through every customer interaction
– Handling telephone, email and social media queries (where needed) and ensuring that all customer & client needs are met in a timely and professional manner
– Dealing with queries regarding multiple brands and products (across a number of industries)
– Constantly improving brand and product knowledge to deliver the highest quality of information to our customers
– Embracing our company values and acting as a brand ambassador
The main responsibilities for Social Media Customer Support Agent:
– Interacting with our Owners online via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media applications
-Reviewing owner feedback and approve product review on a range of social media apps.
-You will reactively and proactively engage owners and future owners in chat, guiding them through the purchase journey and encouraging them to buy the right product for their needs.
-Being part of the multi-channel team, supporting them (across all channels) with the helpline, emails and administration tasks.
-Looking for opportunities to talk with our owners about new and exciting products that are regularly launched into the market.
